Return policy

The customer has the right, within 14 days of receiving the ordered products, to notify in writing (otherwise we will not accept the receipt of the returned product) the company SC SD PROINVEST SRL-D of his decision to give up the ordered products. The company SC SD PROINVEST SRL-D. has the obligation to return the value of the ordered products within 14 working days of receiving them.

Returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: without defects (except for hidden defects), in the original package in which they were delivered and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and proof of payment. Returned products will be evaluated upon receipt and if there are defects, the value of the products will be returned, from which the value of the repairs will be deducted to bring the product to its original condition!

If the packages have been damaged, the complaint regarding the condition of the products must be made to the CARRIER.

If the product was received with defects, it is necessary that its return be made including proof of receipt of the package without damage (photos, carrier declaration, etc.)

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the recipient of the product.

IMPERFECTIONS! The models/products sold by our company are largely (70% of the product value is labor) handmade and there may be small imperfections, being considered HAND-MADE products. Therefore, in cases where small manufacturing imperfections are found, the exchange of products will be made only after a careful evaluation of them and only with the personal acceptance of the buyer. The exchange of products with small manufacturing imperfections by courier is NOT accepted. The company's staff does not deal with the detailed analysis nor with the taking of images of the products to be sold and/or exchanged.

The return/exchange of products will only be made accompanied by the purchase invoice and only within a maximum of 14 days from its receipt by the buyer.

Products brought to order, from the supplier's stock, are not subject to return.
