Delivery time

Delivery is made within 1-4 business days anywhere in the country, from the moment of order confirmation. An order placed on Friday morning will be delivered starting the following week.

Products in the supplier's stock are delivered within a maximum of 14 working days depending on availability.

NOTE: MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY IS 50 LEI IN THE REFUND SYSTEM.

Alternative:

  1. a) advance payment to a bank account based on a proforma and shipping in a standard system
  2. b) adding a new product to the order up to the minimum shipping value in the cash on delivery system
  3. c) personal pickup from the Bucharest Headquarters: Drumul Lunca Marcusului 56-58, sector 3 (with prior phone call - to prepare the order)

How much does delivery cost?

For any order, the delivery cost is 23.99 lei via FanCourier/Sameday express courier, to any location in the country (which is within the FanCourier/Sameday coverage area)

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the products, the destination and the payment method (OP, Online Card - Netopia or cash on delivery). The delivery cost displayed in the last step of the delivery is final and will appear on the invoice. No other commission will be requested from you at the time of delivery by the courier.

Sd-modelcar.ro offers two delivery methods for its customers:

 

FAST COURIER (Sameday) - OP payment, Refund and Card online (ING - to be specified by the customer in the comments section)

  • The shipping fee is 19.00 lei per parcel. Shipping is only within the courier's coverage area! (do not insist on other areas, external km)
  • Packages arrive the next day after delivery.
  • the recipient receives the packages at the address indicated in the order (if desired at another address, this must be specified)

For customers in Romania, parcel delivery is made with ROMANIAN POST ONLY under subscription or external shipments.

  • Postal fees are approximately 20 euros per parcel.
  • Packages arrive within 3-4 days of delivery.
  • the recipient picks up the personal parcel from the post office to which he belongs

In all cases it is very important to check your email inbox (including spam).

After shipping, you will receive an information message regarding delivery.

In the case of customers from whom we have had parcel returns, delivery is made only after the full value of the parcel (as well as the round-trip fees from previous parcels) has been paid into the account.
